A Week in the Life of a Pathways Student

Each week in our summer program blends classroom learning, job site visits, and hands-on work. One day might include construction math; the next, laying bricks with union masons or installing sheet metal.

Students also attend career workshops, mock interviews, and soft skills training, with plenty of support along the way.

A typical week isn’t just about technical learning. It’s about building confidence, forming mentorships, learning how to lead and follow, and discovering the joy of building something with your own hands.

By Friday, they’re not just learning a trade—they’re building their future.
