Who can apply to the program?

Youth ages 16-20 who are ready to learn new skills, explore careers in the trades, and build a strong future. No experience needed!

Do I need prior experience in construction?

No experience needed. Just curiosity, commitment, and the drive to build something meaningful.

How long is the program?

The summer session runs for 10 weeks, with follow-up support during the school year. We’re expanding to a year-round model soon, so stay connected for updates by joining our waitlist!

What trades do students explore?

You’ll explore 16+ trades like carpentry, electrical, plumbing, sheet metal, and more.

Can I apply if I’m still in high school?

Yes! Many students join while still enrolled in high school or GED programs.

Is this program really paid?

Yes! Students are paid while they train and learn, with possible performance-based raises.

What certifications will I earn?

You’ll earn MC3, OSHA 10, and CPR/First Aid certifications. We also teach financial literacy to help you build smart money habits for life.

What support is provided?

We’ve got your back: meals, transportation, safety gear, tools, mentors, job site access, and a case manager who stays with you every step of the way. You’re never in this alone!

What happens after graduation?

We help with apprenticeship applications, job placement, and long-term mentorship.
