Alex Rice is a business law attorney at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A., where he supports entrepreneurs, startups, and mid-sized companies in navigating complex legal and financial challenges. His practice focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and economic development, helping organizations grow with strong foundations and strategic clarity.

Alex is a two-time graduate of the University of Iowa, where he earned his Juris Doctor from the College of Law and a BBA in Economics with Honors. During law school, he was a student leader and active in pro bono work, and he continues that spirit of service today through his civic involvement.
