An Macvilay is a dedicated advocate for youth empowerment and career readiness, serving as the On-Site Facilitator for Forest Avenue Outreach through our strong partnership with Avenue Scholars Des Moines. With a passion for mentorship and a deep belief in the potential of every student, An walks alongside our Future Builders as they develop skills, confidence, and a vision for their future in the trades.

Whether he’s connecting students to opportunities, providing day-to-day support, or simply offering a listening ear, An’s leadership is rooted in compassion and purpose.

He plays a vital role in helping students not only succeed in our pre-apprenticeship program, but also transition into union apprenticeships, post-secondary education, or entrepreneurial pursuits.
