Benjy Klostermann is a strategic communications executive and passionate community advocate with a deep commitment to building systems that serve people, especially youth. As Executive Director of Operations Strategy at Wells Fargo, Benjy leads national content strategy, internal communications, and employee engagement initiatives that impact thousands of team members across the organization.

Benjy earned his MBA from the University of Iowa and holds a B.A. in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Northern Iowa. He is a recognized leader in organizational storytelling, change management, and inclusive workplace practices.

Beyond his corporate work, Benjy is an active civic leader. He co-chairs the United Way of Central Iowa’s Investment Committee, which oversees strategic grantmaking across the region. He also serves as Events Chair for Wells Fargo’s Hispanic and Latino Connection ERN (Employee Resource Network) Iowa Chapter and is a founding member of the company’s Environmental Affairs Green Team.
