Jack Bell is a seasoned global business leader deeply rooted in service and social impact. Over his distinguished career, Jack served as Partner at Deloitte in Budapest, Hungary, and Ernst & Young in Zagreb, Croatia. He began his career at Arthur Andersen, rising from Staff to Partner while leading major financial consulting and operations efforts in Chicago and Budapest.

Jack holds degrees from both Drake University and the University of London and is a trusted voice in international finance and nonprofit leadership. He currently serves on the Boards of Children and Family Urban Movement (CFUM) and the Des Moines Area Religious Council (DMARC), and is a major donor and supporter of Mainframe Studios and Des Moines Performing Arts.

He applies strategic thinking, fiscal wisdom, and deep compassion to support FAO’s long-term sustainability and growth. His belief in investing in youth as the future of strong communities is at the heart of his board service.
