Mikal Settle is the heartbeat of Forest Avenue Outreach’s summer pre-apprenticeship program. As Program Manager, he leads students through every step of their journey: building confidence, cultivating discipline, and ensuring they have the tools to thrive both on and off the job site.

Mikal is also the founder of Blaise Training Never Settle, a fitness and lifestyle brand that reflects his belief in pushing past limits and living with purpose. His “Never Settle” mindset resonates deeply with students, encouraging them to show up with strength, resilience, and heart.
